
From the "Mail
Info" menu select "Mail Info"

From the "Mail
controls" page check to make sure you are about to edit the right
domains mail settings by using the drop down menu selecting the domain
you wish to edit and clicking "go"

You will be presented with the following:

It is important to take note of these details as they are needed for
configuring Eudora to send and recieve emails from this account.

Open Macintosh Mail

Click the Mail Menu and select Preferences

The 'Accounts' window should open by default. If not, click the '@ Accounts' icon at the top of the screen

Make sure POP3 is selected from the Account Type. Then enter your details, e.g. mail.yourdomain.co.uk. You can check this from the page that you opened in stage 3.
Enter your details - Company, name, user name and password.

On the SMTP settings ensure that you enter the correct mail server. This will be something like mail.yourdomain.co.uk. Also enter your user name and password.

Save these settings by clicking OK. If these settings are not saved before trying to exit the following screen is saved. Simply click on Save Settings.
Macintosh Mail should now be correctly configured and ready to use.
